Dear Valued Patients,
At Museum Dental, not only do we strive to achieve excellence in dental care, we are also very mindful of our patients' busy schedules.
In an attempt to serve our patients better, we have asked many of you how we can improve your dental experience and facilitate appointment reminders. Many of you have requested text messaging as a method of appointment reminders.
Well, TEXTING reminders are here! We have updated our computer systems and are pleased to announce that we are now able to provide you with a text message reminding you of your dental appointment.
Along with your email reminder you will now receive a text message that looks and reads as follows:
Patient Name, your dental appointment is on Appointment Date at Appointment Time. Please reply with only the letter "Y" to confirm.
When replying please ensure you only reply with the letter "Y". In doing so, it will instantly integrate with our scheduling program. This cannot happen if you reply with other answers such as: yes or I will be there. So please reply with just the letter "Y".
Please note, should you not wish to receive an email or a text message, please send us an email request to that effect at reception@museumdental.ca.
