Calling "Liradeth"
Clients frequently ask, "Should I call Lira or Meredith...?" Our response is, "Call either one!"
The truth is, while they are definitely two distinct people, the service they provide is the same. We have purposefully kept their responsibilities similar in order for our valued clients to receive consistent support at all times.
We are indeed fortunate to have the loyalty and experience of Lira and Meredith (Lira – 25 years, Meredith – 17 years). Few teams in the investment industry can boast this longevity. They have experienced all kinds of scenarios, have helped clients establish an investment strategy, and support that strategy once implemented. Lira and Meredith collaborate with accountants and clients throughout tax season and both have been instrumental in our financial and Estate Planning process and the administration of Estates. Both are fully licensed to manage portfolio transactions. Each knows our clients well and enthusiastically embraces that important part of their role.
Lira and Meredith have their unique abilities too.

Meredith has extensive experience with the tax nuances of registered plans (RRSPs, RRIFs, TFSAs and RESPs) and with performance and fee based analysis. |
The combination of the two, "Liradeth" is a talented and highly capable attribute of the Smith Falconer Financial Group. You can likely appreciate this already.
Both Lira and Meredith take continuing education seriously. They participate in the Symphony House Toastmasters chapter where they hold official offices and hone their public speaking skills bi-weekly. They attend our meetings with portfolio managers and analysts to gain insight about current market conditions and stock selection processes.
Outside of work, Lira has two busy and very capable sons, Dylan and Ben and a great husband Oliver. Their summer travels took them on a road trip to Orlando and Washington with time for a few Pan Am Games events too. Meredith and her husband, Jeff, enjoy as much time as they can at their cottage in The Kawartha's. They are serious mountain climbers, having conquered some of the most revered peaks in the world.
Feel comfortable that you are in very capable hands with "Liradeth!"
