Q4 Perspective Newsletter
On July 18, 2017, the Department of Finance proposed significant changes to tax planning strategies involving private corporations. In discussions on these proposed changes, we have benefitted from the in-house counsel of Estate Planning Specialist Jay Hershfield, a tax lawyer by training who worked in the Department of Finance.
