Dear Valued Carey Customer,

Our records indicate that you have recently used Carey services at New York City's LaGuardia Airport (LGA). Please be advised that extensive construction has begun on a multi-year project to modernize the airport.

As reported by multiple news agencies, this construction project is causing severe traffic delays for ground transportation companies and will continue to present challenges well into the future. Many travel experts are suggesting travelers adjust their schedules to accommodate up to two hours for traffic delays, or avoid LGA altogether.

Another challenge presented by the construction is the absence of parking for commercial vehicles, particularly at terminals B and C. Chauffeur's cannot park their vehicle and enter these terminals to greet passengers with any degree of efficiency.

While it remains the Carey standard for a professional Carey chauffeur to greet you at baggage claim upon arrival, we strongly recommend that travelers consider choosing curbside pickup when arriving in terminal B or C.

A curbside pickup will involve passengers contacting their chauffeur upon arrival and coordinating a pick up outside the terminal, thus eliminating the need for the chauffeur to find parking and greatly reducing wait time.

Chauffeur contact information can be obtained through the following:

1. Locate your chauffeur and his contact information by downloading the Carey mobile app iOS / Android.

2. Log-in to www.carey.com or call Carey's Worldwide Customer Engagement Center, 800-336-4646, and elect to receive chauffeur on-location notifications directly to your mobile device via Mobile Push Message, SMS Text or E-mail.

3. Call The Carey Regional Dispatch Center 718-784-5700 and select prompt #2 to speak to a Carey dispatcher who will help you connect with your chauffeur.
