Carey will discontinue dedicated greeter service at New York's three airports: LaGuardia, John F. Kennedy and Newark. Should you require a dedicated greeter, one can be provided at a nominal fee by contacting Carey's Customer Engagement Center at 800.336.4646.
This action is due, in part, to reduced requests for dedicated greeter services and as a result, Carey is using this opportunity to streamline the delivery of its standards-based solutions.
Complimentary Chauffeur Greet
Carey's customary chauffeur greet - where the chauffeur parks and greets you in baggage claim - remains unchanged.
Carey provides your chauffeur's name and mobile number, via SMS, upon their arrival at the airport. To expedite travel "planeside to curbside", we suggest that clients contact their chauffeur at the mobile number provided, to coordinate curbside pick-up - or you may meet your chauffeur in baggage claim.
