Please be advised that Carey has recently discontinued the dedicated greeter service at the following airports in the New York City area: LaGuardia (LGA), John F. Kennedy (JFK) and Newark (EWR). Should you require a dedicated greeter, one can be provided at a nominal fee by contacting Carey's Customer Engagement Center at 800.336.4646.

Chauffeur Greet

Carey's customary chauffeur greet - where your chauffeur parks and greets you in baggage claim - remains unchanged. This will be the default greeting method you will experience at LGA, JFK, and EWR.

Curbside Service

To save time, you may choose to meet your chauffeur curbside. Carey provides your chauffeur's name and mobile number via SMS text upon their arrival at the airport. Once received, you can contact your chauffeur via SMS text or call to coordinate a meeting point in the designated livery loading area. If you are unable to contact your chauffeur, please call 800-336-4646.

We encourage you to download the Carey mobile app (iOS & Android) to view your chauffeur's information and track your vehicle location in real time.
